Circo Irmãos Temperani was inaugurated in 1875 by Leopoldo Temperani and his wife, the equestrienne Paulina Magri. Their children - children Guilherme, Humberto (who married the artist Judith Gomes Temperani), Leonardo, Aida, Amélia and Eduardo - became excellent and well-known artists. They performed acrobatic acts, bar, equilibrism, human cannon ball, icarian and ladder acts and flying trapeze.
