He started his career performing lasso and whips and comics at age 15 and performed at the circuses Sarrasani (Dally Palacios), Tihany, Hagenback, Vostok, Oswaldo Stevanowich and Charles Barry until 1970. Armando Pepino was the tent master and woodworker of Circo Vostok. He married Geni Galego Pepino.
