Ballerina, juggler. She is the daughter of Luís Antônio Palacios and Beba Palacios, both descendants of the fifth generation of the Palaios family. She debuted at ten years old acting in musicals and then performed at Mexicano, Real Palacios and Vostok. Netita married Antônio Cesar Robattini de Abreu. Their son, Luís Antônio Palacios de Abreu is also a circus artist.
