Acrobat, juggler, actor and clown Teco-Teco. His parents are Guilherme Carlo and Etelvina Vilamajor Carlo and Walter belongs to the fourth generation of the Carlo family, which started with his English grandfather, William Lawrence who changed his name to Felix Carlo. Walter married the comic Wilma Fekete, a descendent of the Hungarian Fekete family. Together they formed a musical comic duo and worked for the casinos Quitandinha in Urca and Icaraí as well as for Globo television program "Chico City", in the late 1990s. Since 1997, he has been teaching at the National Circus School in Rio de Janeiro.
