Acrobat, eccentric, juggler. Son of Pedro Stankowich and Emile Bouglione Stankowich, Costa comes from the third generation of western European saltimbanco. He came to Brazil with his parents at age six. Here, he started his artistic career working with three simultaneous circusrings and also worked in the Circo Zoológico 9 Irmãoes. He married the Brazilian artist, Aurora da Silva Stankowich.
