Clown Puxa-Puxa. He is the son of Julio Seyssel and Augusta Seyssel. He performed with the clown Alcebíades Pereira in various circuses. Vicente married Clementina Ozon. The couple had four children in the circus: Alaor, Onésia, Ondina and Anaite Seyssel.
