Avanzi
The Avanzi family comes from France. In Brazil, it started Brazil with Nerino Avanzi and his wife Armandine Ribola, who inaugurated Circo Nerino in 1913. They travelled in northeast Brazil for five decades and stopped with circus activities in 1964. Their son, Roger Avanzi, is the beloved clown Picolino.
