Juggler, cyclist, globist and clown Periquito, he is from the fourth generation of the French families Seyssel and Ozon. His parents are Vicente Seyssel and Clementina Ozon. Alaor debuted on the flying trapeze at age 11 and at 17 started as a professional artist in various circuses: Alcebíades, Alcebíades-Piolin, Garcia and Pinheiro. He also performed with the cyclist Julio Colombeti. Later in his life, he owned Circo Irmãos Prata until 1964, when he retired and began working in parks. Alaor married Olindina.
