Chimpanzee trainer. When he was thirteen he left home and joined Circo Garcia, which was touring in his hometown. There, he started taking care of animals. Some years later, he learned from Antolin Garcia how to perform with chimpanzees in the circusring and made a debut 1972. From 1981 to 1987 he performed pendulum acts. Jota Rocha married Ana Tibau.
