São Paulo, Brazil, 1957

Coreographer, contortionist, hand-balancer, trapezist. She is a descendent of the Rigoletto family from Italy. Her parents are Gonçalo Rigoletto and Cleuza Tereza da Costa and her grandparents are Henrique Rigoletto and Cecilia Giovani Rigoletto and José Bueno de Melo and Ana Rosa Borelli de Melo. She started at age five performing on the Spanish web and then specialized in aerial acts. In the following years she performed at Stankowich, Berlim, and Spacial. Elaine married Gilmar Pedro Querubin, known as the clown Pingolé.
