Marta Jane Ayres

Cambará, Paraná, Brazil, 1949

Acrobat, globist. Her parents Mário Naldo Ayres and Áurea Molina Ayres taught her Portuguese and Math in the circus. She belongs to the third generation of the traditional Ayres family, specialized in globe of death. Her paternal and maternal grandparents are João Ayres and Celestina Ayres, and Avelino Molina and Josefa Algarte, respectively. She made a debut at eleven in cortorcion acts and corde lisse and later performed at Broadway and Coslov until 1989. Marta married Jair de Almeida Signorelli with whom she had three children, Ciro, Jair and Rafael Signorelli.
