Acrobat, equilibrist, juggler, trapezist, clown. He studied elementary school in the circus. His parents, Luís Onorio Palacios and Nettie Palacios, are the third generation of the Palacios family in Brazil. When he was five his mother began teaching him acrobatics and then he went on performing at Ringling (United States), Coliseu Argentino and Águias Humanas. Later in his life he owned Circo  Mexicano and Real Palacios. Luís married Beba Palacios. Their five children Estela, Laura, Nettie, Luisa and Luís Palacios were circus artists.
