Equestrian, equilibrist, foot juggler, trapezist. He belongs to the second generation of the Olimecha family from Japan. His parents are Carlo Franco Olimecha and Júlia Rossi. He started at age five taking part in icarian acts and then performed at Circo Olimecha until 1950. Luiz married Maria de Lourdes Ceciliano Olimecha. Their son Luís Olimecha is the founder of the National Circus School in Tio de Janeiro.
