Gugu Olimecha

Acrobat, icarist, juggler, magician, clown, trapezist, playwriter. He studied Law, but earned a degree in Economy. Gugu is the third generation of the legendary Olimecha family. His parents are Jarbas Olimecha and Blanda Cargioli Olimecha. At age five, he started acting as an acrobat in icarian and seesaw acts. He owned the Circo Sin Salabin until 1969, when he started a new career as an actor, comedian, theater director and playwriter. Author of more than 90 plays, he was also one of the writers of comic programs in Globo television, such as "Zorra Total" (2000-2013).
