Clown, circus owner. He attended highschool in his home town. Mixuruca is part of the third generton of artists in his family. Together with his father Teófanes Silveira, known as the clown Biribinha, he developed the project of his own circus with cpacity of 100 people. In 2009, Mixuruca was elected Secretário Municipal de Cultura in the city of Arapiraca, in the State of Alagoas, Northeast Brazil.
