Acrobat, juggler, clown Meio Quilo. He comes from the seventh generation of the Palacios family. His  grandparents are Luís Palacios and Maria Antoniett Allens Palacios.He debuted at seven in juggling acts and afterwards performed at Garcia, Munich, Real Palacios and Águias Humanas (owned by Daly Palacios). Mito married Amapá Azevedo, whose father was the legendary circus artist Lulu Azevedo. See Azevedo Family.
