Marlene Augusto Silva

Mococa, São Paulo, Brazil, 1944

Tamer. She belongs to the fifth generation of the Augusto family. His parents are Aymoré (Araré Augusto) and Madalena Araujo Pinto. When she was six she started acting in the circus owned by her family. There she sang in plays and performed double trapeze, learned from Marrocos. Afterwards she partnered in taming and magic acts with Ed (Edmundo Silva), with whom she married and worked at the circuses Norte Americano and Charles Barry until 1987.
