Actress. Daughter of Manoel Ferreira da Silva and Wenceslada Landa. Azuréia was part of the third generation of Landa family. Her grandparents are Thomaz Landa and Ana Candida Landa. She had her debut at age six in the theater play “A cabana do Pai Tomás”. She performed in many circuses with her brother Alaor da Silva, including Circo Irmãos Seyssel in Praça do Correio, São Paulo, until it burned down in the late 1950s. She married Luís Mário Cassinelli and they had four children: Luisa Maria, Luís Mário, Luís Carlos and Azuréia Glória Cassinelli.
