Radio broadcaster, businessman, clown Pipoca. As a child he was always fascinated by the circus and at age fourteen, while he was working as a carpenter, he left home and joined Circo Real where he started taking care of the animals. Afterwards, he and his father-in-law, Vasquito Liendo, started hiring country singers to perform for circuses. A few years later, he became the owner of Pavilhão Teatro Politheama Bortoli until 1936. Pavilhão toured the States of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Francisco married the actress and singer Ninfa Liendo Bortoli.
