Clown. He is the son of Francisco Alves Monteiro and belongs to the third generation of the Alves family. His paternal grandfather was Idálio Alves, known as the clown Cocó, who owned Circo Ita in the 1920s. Xuxu started perfoming acrobatics, cycling, flying trapeze and animal acts when he was four. He then began as the artistic director at the circuses Aquarius and Real Miami. Xuxu acted with Carequinha, Arrelia and Piolin. He inherited his artistic name from his father who was also a clown.
